Bronfman E. L. Rothschild acquires Delafield investment firm

By of the Journal Sentinel A proposal for the city to take a $400,000 in the first new building planned at Milwaukee's Century City Business Park has been recommended for approval by a Common Council committee. The 53,160-square-foot light industrial building is to be developed south of W. Capitol Drive and west of N. 31st St. by General Capital Group, which has agreed to buy the city-owned lot. Century City's lots were made available after the city demolished most of the former Tower Automotive Inc./A.O. Smith Corp. buildings, and did an environmental cleanup.
